GENERAL INFORMATION

Our price includes:
• Gas for central heating and hot water
• Electricity
• Bedding
• Change-over clean

We do offer weekend (3 nights) and midweek (4 nights) breaks outside of school holidays.

We offer a 10% discount off the total cost when 2 or more consecutive weeks are booked.

The cottage will be ready to be occupied at 4pm on the day of arrival.

We would ask you to vacate by 10am on the day of departure.

We ask for a deposit of 25% of the total cost within 7 days of booking to confirm the reservation. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Also we charge a £50 refundable damage/cleaning deposit which will be returned within 7 days of your departure. Minor breakages are of course expected but we would ask that you make a note of them so that we can provide replacements for our next guests. Remember that this is our family home too, so please treat it with the same respect you would your own.
