The lounge area has sofa, chairs and Freeview TV with DVD/VCR

There is a separate reception room with a quality double sized futon bed to sleep two if required.

The main bedroom has double bed and storage with windows to front and side.

The second bedroom has bunk beds suitable for 2 children and space for a cot if required.

Duvets, pillows & blankets are provided as well as bedding but please bring your own towels.

The bathroom leads from the second bedroom and has corner bath with fully tiled shower over, WC and hand basin.

There is gas radiator central heating throughout.

Outside there is a small enclosed rear garden and patio with garden furniture provided.

On road parking is available nearby.

As a family with young children of our own we are well aware of the paraphernalia needed for even a short break away. To ensure there is room for you in the car we can provide cot, highchair, stair gate, bath mat, potty and toilet trainer seat and have a selection of toys games and books.

We also provide a folder of information about the Isle of Wight, its attractions, maps & places to visit.
